MicroSeal Lifetime Service Warranty

MicroSeal offers a Lifetime Service Warranty as opposed to the “Please don't read the fine print of our so-called-replacement warranty” that many companies offer today. Unfortunately for the consumer the fine print of their typical fabric protection warranty voids almost every possible claim they can make. Examples: “You didn't call us within 24 hours of the spill? ...Sorry, void!”…or “You didn't use one of our “authorized” technicians? ...Sorry, void!”…or “You addressed the stain yourself? ...Sorry, void!” …or “You didn't have your carpet / upholstery professionally cleaned in the past year? ...”Sorry, void”…Ultimately if the customer prevails in their pleas, the fabric protection company might finally cough up a $100.00 check to replace the fabric for the cushion (they won't cover labor). The customer then must hope their particular fabric is still available and 9 times out of 10 the fabric manufacturer has discontinued that particular fabric. If it is a carpet that needs to be replaced then the customer is in for a whole other set of hurdles. For sample of typical consumer complaints see

How our Warranty works:

Cheerful, Courteous Help over the phone with a live person (no phone tree).

If we can't help our customer over the phone: We will promptly have a professional cleaner go to the customer's location (a discounted service charge may apply).

If the customer is dissatisfied: Providing warranty guidelines below were met, we will happily refund the customer accordingly.

Cleaning Instructions and Lifetime Service Warranty

Upholstery spills: Check cleaning instructions tag. If none, check with sales person or assume it is a dry clean only fabric. Blot with a paper towel. DO NOT USE WATER on dry clean only fabrics. “Dry clean only upholstery” should be addressed by a professional. For spot cleaning upholstery yourself, K2r (dry spot cleaner) may be available at your local hardware store or online.  Carpet spills: Water or white distilled vinegar (cut 50/50 with water) is recommended. Hand-made carpets: consult salesperson. Dry time is approximately 30 minutes. Cure time is 4 days and not effective until then. Warranty begins after curing. Product is not warranted to protect against stains which are highly acidic, iodine based, bleach, ink dyes, or food dyes. For Stain assistance call: 245-9274(wash)
